Today is a massive ending. You can feel it in the air. Doors are closing on the past. Anything that is leaving, has already served it’s purpose. The future is brighter.
Old emotions and patterns we have been dealing with our entire lives are resurfacing right now. We are about to enter into a whole new phase of being. These old feelings are coming up for a final review.
hardest thing to learn during recovery is….. some of your misery is your own fault. you have to actively choose to stop wallowing in your own pain & start to recover. that means stop being self deprecating, start taking care of yourself, start eating healthy, start taking your hygiene seriously, even if it’s hard. & it is hard! but you must.

2019 is going to have so much clarity. We will start understanding why everything had to be the way it was for so long. This has already started and will continue to progress throughout the year as more veils are lifted and dissolved.
